Hike begins at 11:00 from Mitsero Primary School
Join us for a hike at “Kreatis” mountain in Mitsero, where one of the last battles of the legendary Re Alexis took place! During the hike we will learn about the historical battle that took place there and about the important habitat types of this Natura 2000 site.
Come energised, equipped with suitable attire (like hiking shoes and appropriate clothing) and prepared to get all muddy and worn out! Route difficulty level: 3
Following the hike, we will get an energy boost at the Mitsero Primary School with some refreshments, while listening to a short presentation about the action of Re Alexis between 1426 and 1427 and learning about the Pandoteira project. For the day’s agenda click here.
The hike is organised by Terra Cypria together with the Community Councils of Mitsero and Agrokipia, in the framework of the Pandoteira project.
