The Pandoteira project team, together with the Limassol Municipality, are organising a presentation titled: “Natura 2000: Generating awareness among stakeholders”.
The presentation will take place on Tuesday September 27th, 2022, at the Limassol Town Hall, at 19:00. This event is designed for the members of the Municipal Council, as well as for the general public.
Purpose of this presentation
The purpose of this presentation is to:
- Inform the members of the Municipal Council, as well as the general public, about the Pandoteira project and its various actions.
- Generate awareness concerning the importance of the Natura 2000 network.
- Introduce participants to the concept of clustering.
- Inform participants about the Natura 2000 sites which happen to be in the vicinity of the Limassol Municipality.
The presentation will be led by Terra Cypria-the Cyprus Conservation Foundation, which is the lead partner of Action E2.1: “Set up awareness-raising and information activities for targeted stakeholders” and Task 1: “Systematically inform the stakeholders on the progress made by the project”.
